Certified CF-L1 Coach

A local Hockey legend, dog dad and a TARIS OG, Chris brings years of CrossFit experience and passion into his coaching role.

“I have quite the sporting background with Inline & Ice Hockey, representing and Captaining the Australian team & also competing at the Junior Olympics.

I love to nerd out with split times and technique, so if you see me writing short stories on my whiteboard or in the GymMate app, it’s so I can measure how much fun I’m having the entire time, especially when it’s burpees.”

Rigo

Certified CF-L1 Coach

“I started CrossFit in 2016 and enjoyed it from the start because of the variation of movements, learning new skills, and mostly the team atmosphere.

I have a passion for strength and conditioning mostly through playing football (soccer), but also CrossFit opened my eyes to Olympic lifting movements which feature heavily in S&C and have been a member of Australian Strength and Conditioning Association since 2021.”

Our job is to see, correct and encourage safe, effective and efficient movement patterns, support your goals and advise appropriate scaling options and progressions specific to your abilities.

We are all very passionate about making a difference and genuinely care about your progress.
