Memberships at CrossFit TARIS

We have several membership options available at CrossFit TARIS and will help you choose the most appropriate option that will fit your schedule, as well as progress you towards achieving your goals.
All of our classes are structured and Coach-led by qualified, experienced and motivated trainers who genuinely care about your progress.
Each class runs for approximately 60mins and includes a range of modalities including, but not limited to, running, rowing, biking, barbell and weightlifting movements, gymnastics, mobility and stretching.
We can accommodate all levels of fitness in each class and our coaches will help you adjust the weight, intensity and certain mechanics keeping you safe, while also ensuring you get a workout that challenges your current experience and fitness level.
Our certified coaches will guide you through the progression of each class, which includes the workout brief, general and specific warm ups, strength pieces, metabolic conditioning, movement instruction and demonstration, and a cool down. Your coach will teach you correct technique and movement patterns and correct any faults.

Membership holds and cancellations
We’ll miss seeing your face in our box, but before you step back, here are a few important notes about holds and cancellations:
A minimum of 1 week's notice is required
Membership Holds are for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 6 weeks
Membership Cancellations will also remove access to our Private FB Group and access to programming
