Saturday

7.00am group class only.

Weightlifting sessions run 8.30am - 9.30am!⁠⁠


Competition Training

TARIS Comp Training is for members who want to pursue CrossFit as a sport. ⁠⁠

On top of extra programming for skill, strength, and cardio training, we hold a group coaching session on alternating Saturday mornings.
