Monday to Thursday
5.00am, 6.15am, 7.30am, 9.00am, 3.45pm, 5.00pm, 6.15pm
Friday
5.00am, 6.15am, 7.30am, 9.00am, 3.45pm, 5.00pm
Saturday
7.00am group class only.
Dedicated Weightlifting sessions run 8.30am - 9.30am every second Saturday.
Comp Training / Open Gym sessions run on alternating Saturdays from 8.30am to 9.30am.
Competition Training
TARIS Comp Training is for members who want to pursue CrossFit as a sport.
On top of extra programming for skill, strength, and cardio training, we hold a group coaching session on alternating Saturday mornings.
